Slam Symphony

Scores are sacred, every note is unchangeable, and a concert is a concert. Or is it? This evening invites you to an unprecedented adventure into the world of words, sounds, and unheard-of word-sound combinations. The spoken word of three of the most renowned representatives of the German-language poetry slam scene enters into dialogue with the classical music of the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra. Orchestral music meets modern linguistic art, creating a new art form through the interplay of music and poetry – this is the Slam Symphony. Tanasgol Sabbagh, Dalibor Marković, and Sulaiman Masomi, together with the GSO under the direction of Christian Dellacher, embark on this experiment.
